| 1 | Prepare the salmon by adding a dash of salt and black pepper on both sides. | 2 | Simmer Olive oil in a pan and heat for 5 minutes, before placing the Salmon on the skillet. | 3 | Place the Salmon skin side down on the skillet. | 4 | Let the Salmon cook. | 5 | After about 2-3 minutes of letting the Salmon cook. Check to see if it is ready to be flipped skin side up by taking a look at the Salmons flesh. If it is a nice white color, the Salmon should be flipped. | 6 | Boil washed Brown Rice with diced carrots and peas. Wait for 20 minutes. |
