| 1 | Combine the flours, Truvia, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl and stir to mix well. Combine the buttermilk, egg, egg whites, 3 teaspoons of the oil and the vanilla in a separate bowl and stir to mix well. Add the buttermilk mixture to the flour mixture and stir until just moistened. | 2 | Preheat the waffle iron and lightly brush with one teaspoon of the remaining oil.
