| 1 | Spray the mug with cooking spray. | 2 | In a small bowl, beat the egg. Set aside. In a separate, slightly larger bowl, mix cocoa powder, Truvia, and salt. Add milk, vanilla, and egg to the dry ingredients. Mix well.
