No flour or eggs - much less sugar and fat. Other options: Add cocoa powder to the bananas; vary the fruits or nuts used in the cookies, and/or add seeds. The cherries and dates are sweetened, but I did not find a way to enter sweetened dried fruit in the recipe, so I added some sugar to the recipe to estimate the nutritional components.
