Combine dry ingredients. Then in a seperate bowl, combine wet ingredients. melt the wet ingredients down (chocolate) for 30 seconds then combine with dry. place mixture on wax paper with a little bit of cooking spray so it doesnt stick. Let sit in the refridgerator for 20 to 30 minutes. Done!
