This recipe has 4 net carbs per waffle compared to 47 net carbs in a "classic" waffle. It is not crispy, but my kids loved them. I topped with butter, about a tablespoon of semi-sweet chocolate chips and a squirt of whipped cream on each of the four "sections", which brought the net carb count up to about 10 per waffle.
